Hi,
I am Daily traveler from Palghar (PLG) to Santacruz, since pass many days the trains are running very irregular and improper maintenance inside the train coaches... Following are the regular issues cited by the passengers:
1) Newly introduce local trains till Dahanu Road: Most of the ceiling fans in first class boogie doesnt work, many of them rotates in reverse direction resulting the flow of air in upward direction (which is like useless thing ever observed). Am also sure second passenger must be also facing the same issue.
2) Irregularity of the trains (93002- DRD-BVI Local & 19143- Lokshakti Exp)- The above mentioned trains are delayed everyday for irrelevant reasons. DRD-BVI local is never as per scheduled time on Palghar station, more to that though there are hardly any trains provided to our region the trains are delayed by taking train on siding tracks. I understand fast trains needs to be given priority but that doesnt mean the fewer trains given to us to taken on siding tracks for more than 20 mins, which should by that time covers the most of distance. Regarding 19143 down lokshakti exp is never reached on scheduled at palghar station (delayed almost for half hour), when ask for the reason at station manager office, they gave excuse stating maintenance work of vaitarna bridge (which is going on since last two years), whereas the trains has never reached till Vaitarna on time yet, they how can the reason of Vaitarna bridge can be given for the delay of train, infact the train is never departed on time from BVI, further followed by sloe locals (most of time) on fast track between BVI to VR. If the locals here (in mumbai suburb) are given priority even after having adequate numbers of trains, then why the locals running in VR-DRD region given priority irrespective of fewer trains provided to us, to add more to the issue, the goods trains are made run ahead of Mail/Exp trains in VR-DRD region leading to more delay for trains to reach scheduled stop/station. Are we not human being, who likes to reach home home by the time to spend little time with our family and friends.
Have made complaints to station master (written) on the same but in vain.
Would appreciate if relevant and appropriate actions is taken on the above issues at the earliest.
