Indian Railways - Inconvenience to access platforms at Guntakal Junction

On 09/10/09 I travelled vide PNR No 4109859283. On enquiry at counter and railway staff I was guided to platform No 7 where as my train arrived on platform No 1. I had barely 5 minutes time to shift between platforms with my pregnant wife, 2 yr old daughter and luggage. Problem is at Guntakal Junction, to reach platforms one has to use foot over bridge. It was displayed that physically handicapped can have gate access at ground level after due permission. I opine that it should be made available to all the passengers. Suggest you to have a picture of geographical positioning of platforms, counters and passenger accessibility before making decision.
