DEAR SIR,
I AM AN AIRTEL DEALER AND SELLING MOBILE VALUE THROUGH LAPPU. IF BY AN OVERSIGHT THE AMOUNT IS TRANSFERRED TO OTHER MOBILE NO BY MISTAKE, AIRTEL DOES NOT REVERSE IT WHEREAS RELIANCE AND TATA DOES IT, CAUSING HEAVY LOSS TO ITS OWN DEALER WHICH IS VERY DISCOURAGING AND ANTI BUSINESS. IT IS FAIR?
