Indian Railways - Improper functioning of door in A/c Coach

We are travelling in Train No. 2679 Coach no. Seat no. 1 & 2 From katpadi to Erode on 30th Dec 2009. During our journey we found that the door opposite our seat doesn\'t seems to function properly. the door is not closing as and when people open it to move out. This creates enormous uneasy to us.

The same was informed to Coach TTE and no action has been taken. Hence we request to look into the problem and fix the same.

Complainant's Goal: The malfunctioning of the door has to be rectified
