AIRCEL - Illegally deduct Rs. 60 from my AIRCEL Number.

Though I have nither made any phone request nor any SMS request to AIRCEL. I have not also made any positive respond towards Company Phone. But they have deducted Rs. 30.00 on 24.11.2010 and Rs. 30.00 on 23.11.2010. I made several customer care phone calls but they had not resolve the problem at all. I have their complain Number which is I-3315813122.

Please help me out.
