Dear Sir,
I had purchased a 3G data card in May 2011 (Ludhiana)and had activated a prepaid unlimited service ( 09803263985) on that for Rs. 1275 per month.
Suddenly on 05/09/2011 late in the evening my connection stopped working. It shows connectivity but do data transfer. I complained many time to the customer care and they every time promised me that the problem would be fixed soon. Please note that i have sufficient balance in my account. In fact i got my dongle recharged on 03/09/2011.
After many requests they first time gave me a complaint number 1-5912900343on 06/09/2011 and told me that my services will resume within 24 hrs.
To my surprise, i got an sms on 07/09/11 that my problem has been resolved but actually my service was still not working. After 24 hrs i contacted customer centre again. They tried their best to persuade me by false promises. After my strong resistance and lot of arguments, i was able to talk to senior supervisor Mr. Sunil.
He again lodged a new complaint with number 1-5928166466 and promised me that i would get a call back by 12.00 noon on 08/09/2011. But till now no one from Aircel has contacted me and i'm feeling myself cheated.
