Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your attention on unethical practice prevailing at Mumbai Central ticket window for last hour booking of tickets.

It is observed that tickets are sold to private agents, touts for selling at enormous cost to passengers going to Gujarat.

Inaction of Railway authority on these agents/touts who keep on shouting openly in Public leads to suspect that Railway Officials too have vested interest in this.

Railway Police Staff sitting at Mumbai Central also support to these activists. Being cheated by such agent if you complaint to Police deputed at Station, they also threaten common passengers with notion that dealing with such unauthorised agents is also illegal and you also can be charged under law.

Request to please stop this activity for the benefit of public.
