We are residents of SEC 10 A Gurgaon. Presently this is a good planned society with all the flats built as per the standard norms. Recently in this block few people have started illegal construction. There was a open space for park at one location and this piece of land is sold to a contractor by the builders. this contractor is making flats on this piece of land. He is not following the norms of construction and not leaving the proper open space around the building. On one hand this will create uncomfort to the law-bindding residents and on other hand this will give boost to start of such illegal construction by many other such like minded law-breaking people. Soon some other residents may start covering open space around there flats and this may spoil living condition of the society.


This is just the starting of such activities in this area and this is the right time when they can be stopped and people can be told that this is illegal and action can be taken against such peoples.

These people have powerful contacts and think that nothing can be done against them and they can do whatever they want.


Our request to the authorities :

Please survey the area of illegal sites and stop the work.
Please ensure that flats which are under construction follow norms and do not over construct the land even after getting completion certificate. Otherwise such people leave some rooms unconstructed till they get completion certificate and than again start construction.

Hope for some early legal action.
