I was recently travelling on 2936 BDTS Express & found that T.C. who was boarding in A/c compartment is very Rudd & behave like Indian Raliway is his own property , he do not know how to speek to customers who are travelling .
I found that mostly 30% passanger who mostly travel from Mumbai to Gujrat are regular travellers & most of Railway T.C. are overlooking their Tickets & regular passangers are occupaying First class , A/c coaches & regular riservation compartments as their free property & non of on board T.C. are taking care to check them but when new passanger board the train they required each & every details from new passangers , even lots of distrubance was going in the Train by food & soft drink suplliers.
I wanted to make complaint against T.C. Mr.J.B.PAtel who was in the A/c compartment on 2936 train dated 09/04/2010 , as he is very bad in his behaviour & you should make special raid on these trains so you can get idea how & how much the T.C. earns back hand every day .
