Voltas Limited - I want to return the products (AC window) bought 3 days ago

The quotation at Voltas starts with the below:

Worst goods even i seen in my life. No body should purchase this AC. I purchased an AC three days back and in the same day it stopped working. No use. Summer will pass and winter will come.

Please take my ac back and return my money, so that i would be come out of the daily sit problem. Instead of utilising mind in the productive work, I am wasting my time on bludy AC.

Since last three days am suffering from this problem, no body bothers for this.

Let me know whether I should change or return your AC or not
