i was came from hazarat nizamuddin on 4 aug 2009 by 2156 bhopal express and near about 10 o clock fire started on b2 and b3 coach because of railway fault (palwar station) then i register my complaint on TT register my complaint no is 10 , the name of the TTE IS mr P R ATULKAR, what happend of my complaint and guide me for register a case in consumer form and i want to know which action have been taken drm office against faulted employees.
