at 15/03/2010 i bought a general ticket no.28356631,from raipur jn to bilaspur.i was waiting for amarkantak exp which was displayed to arrive at pt no 3. after waiting for half an hour an annoncement was made that train is on pt no 6.when i reached there i found that train has already gone before 5 mnts.when i come to station manager,he talked to me rudely and said that \" i will not provide you complaint register, you can call anyone even G.M. RAILWAY TOO.i said that it is my right he replied that go to hell with your rights.
this was not enough,there was no drinking water available at pt no 5& 6 for 2 hrs.
announcement is a big problem at raipur jn.
and behaviour of that station manager who denied to tell his name was cndemnable.

Complainant's Goal: i want that station mangr (on work 15/03/2010,19.30 ) punished for misbehave
