RATS IN TRAINS
I travelled on 14/05/11 by Ajanta Exp (train No.17064) between Sec'bad & Manmad Jn. in Sleeper Class. My coach No.S6, berth Nos.22&23.
My complaint is that there are a large number of rats in train which were created nuisance and i had a sleepless night all the way. We pay the railways for a safety and comfortable journey no? But i observed that the train compartments are far away from neatness and tidy. That was a most unhappy travel I have ever experienced. I had to awake throught out the night to secure ourseleves alongwith our luggage from those rats. My dinner packet was also cut into pieces. Railways have least bothered about the passengers safety.
May I request the authorities concerned to keep the trains always clean because a passenger the the most valuable customer who is providing you work.
