Indian Railways - I have not received TDR Refund even after lapse of one month

I had booked e-tickets as below details. As train was late for 10 hours I did not make my journey in that train. Subsequently making claim for refund TDR was filed details of which are given below. However mail also has been sent for quicker refund to etickets@irctc.co.in but no response received till date in the matter.

Full refund of fare as per Indian Railway ticket cancellation /refund rules is to be made by railway authorities but nothing happened even after lapse of one month.
