I have bought Kent Pearl from Rishikesh.Within one and half year of purchasing it is not working & i'm told to get the SMPS,Uv lamp,Choke,filter changed and there is no gaurantee that it will work even after that.and asking around 4 thousand rs.The service head & dealers are talking very rudely.What an irony mosquitos enter in the water filter tank.& when complained they blame to me only & ready to quarrel.
