Southern Railway - I did not know about ID Proof required for Tatkal Ticket

ID Proof required for Tatkal Ticket:- I took Tatakal Ticket from Ernakulam on 18th March, From Tiruchirapally to Ernakulam. On March 20th i got into the train without having ID Proof and the Railway Squad charged me a huge amount as fine. The Railways HAS NOT put a BOARD telling " TATKAL TICKET HOLDERS SHOULD CARRY ID PROOF (MANDATORY)" IN THE ERNAKULAM TOWN RAILWAY STATION. I did not know about this requirement and the Railway has cheated me, the ticket bears the wording "ID proof required, without ID proof, the Ticket is Invalid". I did not read this, i only saw the Coach Number and the Seat Number.

I can say, The wordings written on the ticket is in ENGLISH, which is not an Indian Language, I am an INDIAN, and my Language is HINDI.

WHY THE RAILWAYS IS CHEATING LIKE THIS, BY NOT PUTTING A BOARD IN THE BOOKING COUNTER AND CHARGING FINES FROM THE TRAVELLING PEOPLE.

RAILWAY HAS COLLECTED MY MOBILE NUMBER, WHILE BOOKING THE TICKET ( FROM THE RESERVATION FORM), THEY SHOULD HAVE INFORMED OR SEND AN SMS TO THE MOBILE NUMBER. RAILWAYS ARE COLLECTING RS.75/- FOR TATKAL TICKET AND FOR SENDING AN SMS, REQUIRES MAXIMUM 1 RE.

Ignorance is not excusable, on tatkal tikets railway administration printed with big letters as without id proof tiket is invalid.. Is not safficient for one person to understand, in his complaint passenger says, he is an indian he knowns only hindi, in such a small ticket railway can not publish the different languages, as i am concerned i can better read the english than hindi, hence railway published the rule in more popular language. hence i believe that, the above friend complaint is baseless complaint.
