Naaptol - I am totally harrash by NAAPTOL

i am uday saxena, details are below

I have registered a complain on dated 13th dec, on 14th dec i received a mail with complaint no : 2135051 that issue resolved in 3 working days, almost 2 week gone, no action, i have called you regurally atleast 4-5 times a day, send mail again atleat 4-5 times, isuue is still same, i have lost my mobile so i need my IMEI no of that products, kidly sent me my IMEI no, because of this services i will explore this company that naaptol is worst company i have ever seen.

if you dont provide my IMEI no so i will lodge complain againt naaptol that they are selling mobile without IMEI no.
