i am registerd with ignou on march 2011 and i still not get my i card and study matterials and witout i cant get books and i cant go to college for studys pls help me

I didn't get my I-card from ignou i took admission in MTM.It is too tough for me to go to regional central and take I-card, i m in tamilnadu.so please do something for us.
