IGNOU University - Non endorsement of grade in grade card

The grade of assignment of the course MS-1 has not been found endorsed in grade card.However as per TMA I have got grade A in the assignment.The said assignment was submitted on 30-10-2009 .Endorsement No -093920354 Further, the grade of course MS-6 for term end exam june 2010 has not been found endorsed in grade card.

my details is as under:
#Name-Prem Pradhan,
#Enrolment no.-075568883,
#Study Centre- Girl Handique College,
#Regional Centre- Christian Basti (0408),
that Sir, Ive successfully completed BEGE101/EEG01 both TE with 50 marks & Assignment in 2009 and was displayed till mar 2011.
But now my subject BEGE101 is missing from IGNOU gradecard, which means my 8 credits also missing. Till date my total credits is 88 (without Bege101).
Therefore, I humble request you to upgrade my MISSING subject BEGE101 for complete total 96 credit.
