I had purchased window AC on March 28, 2010. As per warranty card,a customer can get one dry servicing and one wet servicing of his AC during the warranty period. I have got one dry servicing done earlier but one wet service is due. Accordingly, i have lodged service request a number of times for the same. On one occassion,a technician came but he told he will charge Rs.150 for wet servicing. While enquiring from customer care executive, i came to know that i am not supposed to pay a single penny for the servicing during the warranty period. The technician even talked to customer care executive and got convinced. But he told that tommorrow,he would come with other person and will do the service. But as of now, no person has come for servicing. Please note my service requests for this-

I request your intervention so that a customer who has paid the money can get service which he was promised at the time of purchase of product.
