I have purchased shoes (Knighthood)from Big Bazaar, Sitabuldi Nagpur on 4th May at 07:24pm. After using for 1 week its leather is torn from stiching and pasting removed from soal. I gone to big bazaar to replace the shoes as damage occured with in 6days. They refused to replaced as Bill was not there. I subitted the date, time and counter details but they totally refused to replce it. After one week I got the repaired shoes and again with in 2 days same thing happened. Now please suggest what should I do? I am regular customer of Big bazaar from last 5 years. I have never faced such issues in past but this time I am very much disappointed. Due to not availibility of bill will the customer suffer inspite of providing the details regarding the puchse of product?
You are requested to relace my purchased shoes ASAP.
Early action will be highly appreciable.

But in this case, how do you expect them to help you out when you have lost the bill? They will have no proof of purchase.
