Student - I am not satisged with your service

I want broadband conaction. but in jhunjhunu(raj.) branch bsnl office a staf mamber (her name chandgiram) miss befave and said that" i m not interested in you and your conection. but i m also a old bsnl customer . if no action is taken then i will discoonect my landline.
