Dear sir,
we have bath shower wall of parryware. it is not working properly.
i do complaint ur toll free n. ( aprrox 15 days ago) complaint no. CSR08087

I REGULARLY CALL UR AHEMDABAD SERVICE CENTER PH N.0********88 THEY EVERY DAY SAY ME THAT TOMORROW ENGINER COMES AT YOUR HOME & SOLVE IT.

I support this complaint.
I'm going through a very bad experience with Roca company as well as their dealer in Delhi.
I've recently bought a WC system of Roca. I spent a lot of money on it as i considered is the best product in India.
But to my surprise a spare part in cistern is missing hence water is overflowing continuously.
The company is very arrogant, according to them they have not received a complaint like this till date so they are not replacing the system or providing the spare part.
Now 10 days have passed and there is no respite.
We feel cheated by company's products, arrogant attitude and it is my sincere advice not to go in for Roca products.
Even their dealers are very high headed, i was promised that i would be provided the product within 2 days of placing the order.
Their service was pathetic. Even though i had made 50 % of payment in advance still i had to call the dealer everyday for almost 20 days to provide me my order.
