Parryware Roca - I AM ABSOLUTELY UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND YOUR SERVICE( which does not e

I had got a parryware cardiff walit closet installed in my bathroom,it cracked and was replaced(not by company but by purchasing another piece)
Again it is developing cracks.
I demanded a survey to look in the problem.
Even after many mails no reply came
Helpline is not functional.
