my name is Lakshmi kant and vodafone prepaid No. ********88. matter is that i wanted to convert my no from prepaid to postpaid i called to customer care and one of executive said me that your n. will be port in 24-72 hours from prepaid to postpaid and given a reference no. also. after that i got a call on 03/08/2013 from sales representative named Mr. Anant said me i have to collect your document from your address, there i did wait 2 hour there after that he called me and said i can not come today, i will come tomorrow for same. And the representive named Mr. Anant called me on 04/08/2013 at 12pm , and then i filled the CAF and submitted all the required documents after that he said your No. will be activated within 24-72 hours. He also did not provide me any type of receipt, only provided new sim packed. So till date 09/08/2013 my vodafone no. is not activated. i have also written a mail to vodafone delhi customer care they have replied me that i apolize for which you misleaded/misguided, please submit your document once more at our vodafone store.
I am very much disappointed with physically, mentally and financially behaviour and working of VODAFONE and all supporting staff of Vodafone. So, kindly provide me proper solution for it.
So, kindly help me in this matter
