I have taken a new airtel dth connection in the month 25th january 2011.Ihad taken the 1790 Rs plan in which I promised to get 6 months free subscription +1 month. My customer ID is 3006873524.This set top box was not in work for 40 days.But validity was there and balance was there also.I recharged for Rs 50 also. But get error code 6.Then called the call center.They give me all kind of trial and error steps.Then a technical guy came and he could not solve also. Request solution of the problem.
