Respected Railway Department. i am a 11 year old child.One day i saw a poster that smoking in train is a crime.I was traveling from new delhi to jammu by an rajdhani train on 23/1/12. When the train arrived the guard room door was open.Then i suprisingly saw the guard itself smoking with some other person.On the same train i saw a liquior can in the bathroom of coach no. b2.On 27/1/12 i also a a person drinking beer in an empty soup glass and i was not able to toleret this incidents.So,irequest you to do the needful.
