Airtel Delhi - I am not satisfied with your service

I am having Airtel prepaid connection from last six years.The company intimated me through SMS to resubmit the documents as per the govt new regulation.
I had a talk with the senior at customer care near in december 2010 who verified my number there only and assured me not to deposit the documents again and ignore sms in future regarding the same.
But on 5th January 2011, my sim card registraion got failed.On 11th January 2011 I intimated the same to one of the team member of the manager Mr Vikrant Pandey who assured me to call in 72hours for the same thereafter i can get the sim card from their outlet.I havent received any call.
Finally i visited there relationship centre at lajpat nagar and got the new sim
and the same has to be activated in 8 to 9 days but due to wrong sim number entered by the staff the no. was not activated.On my visit they activate the no. on the spot.After a week my no. was again disconnected which is due to non submitting of documents as the reason given by the centre though i had submitted.

Now my number is disconnected which causing me great inconvience.
