i have purchase a ac from YETI TV HOUSE &SERVICE DEPO ADDRESS S.19/42 VARUNA BRIDGE VARANASI MY INVOICE NUMBER IS 123 BOOK NUMBER IS 3 DATED 01SEP2009 MY AC NAME IS VOLTAS AC 1.5T ON VERTIS PREMIUM S.R NO 4010875M08F001048 HE HAS CHEATED ME AND SOLD ME AN OLD AC OF LAST YEAR STOCK WITHOUT MY CONCERED FOR LAST 6 MONTHS MY AC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY I HAVE COMPLAIN TO YETI TV HOUSE AND VOLTAS SERVICE CENTER BUT THEY HAVE SEND THE MAN AFTER 3-4 DAYS AFTER MY LAST COMPLAIN ON DATE 31 JULY 2010 COMPLAIN IN THE SERVICE CENTER MY COMPLEN NUMBER IS 01 ON THAT DATE BUT TILL NOW 03 AUG 2010 NO ONE HAS COME TO CHEK MY AC FAULT MY AC GOT DAMAGE AROUND 4 TIMES IN LAST 8 MONTH AND I USE TO HAVE VERY DIFFICULTY IN SORTYING IT OU MY VOLTAS SERVICE CENTER NAME IS ELECTROCOOL SERVICE CENTER 46 SIVAJI NAGAR MAHAMOOR GANJ VARANASI MANAGER NAME IS RAJESH VISHKARME HAS DONE NOTHING OF MY LAST COMPLEN ON DATE 31 JULY 2010 HAS NOT SEND ANY MEN TILL THE DATE 03 AUG 2010 AND I M FED UP FRM THE MANAGER ATTITUDE AND DOING NOTHING REGARDIN MY COMPLAIN AND NOT SENDING ANY MEN FOR MAKEING MY AC PROPERLY I THINK THEY R USING DUBLICATE PARTS IN REPERING MY AC I HAVE A HUMBLE REQUST TO TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION BECAUSE THEY R SPOILING UR NAME IN THE MARKET AND I BELEAVE UR THE BEST IN THIS INDUSTRY I HAVE A DEEP BELEAVE IN TATA PRODUCTS YOUR SINCERLY
