I am using airtel (********05) last 6 years but now i am facing network problem with airtel.
i am not able to make a call and the message display "CALL ENDED".

due to same network problem message sending also failed. I am using message tariff which is valid only for 30 days , if i am facing network problem then airtel should increase the validity. Also the custmer care lines are busy.

Complainant's Goal: Extend the message tariff validity or back tariff money.
