USHA Lexus - i am not satisfied with your food processor

Item purchased : USHA Lexus Food Processor. Model : FP 2663, S.No: SA30112422,865. i purchased this food processor from Best Price Shop (Bharti Wallmart) situated at chandigarh-ambala highway at zirakpur on 14-01-2011. Product code mentioned in their bill is 85865. It started trouble from the very start. I made complaint and then reminders on 08-06-2011, 13-06-2011 and 15-06-2011 respectively on company's helpline no. They gave me a complaint no.31160900290 but did nothing till date.

seriously the products of usha international are not good.by mistake i purchased 4 heaters of this company just because of brand name and now repenting like anything.
really above complaints are true and the company is really pathetic.Their new products do not work for even a month.become faulty in just few days
please do not buy it.despite of spending good amount i m suffering in such a chilled weather
