i purchased usha desert cooler which model no. is DC3251 from arya electronics ck.38/3 super market,chowk,varanasi-221001 on dated 30-may-2012.it stopped working on dated 18-june-2012(which is in warranty period) and for this i complained to usha international (toll free no.1800-1033-111) on dated 18-june-2012 and they promissed to resolve the complain within two days but they didn't make it in this regard i reminded them ever day again they promissed many times as well but not took action.
sir,please take necessary action against it.
