i am a regular traveller by Mumbai rajdhani experess/Mumbai August Kranti express. i am shocked to state that the linen provided is unclean/unwashed/ and totally worn out. By any standards the linen provided by you is unfit for human use. The quality of diner served is substandard. The paneer and the non veg food served is stale, the rotis/parathas are cooked one day in advance. By tasting your food one cannot think of even donating it to the beggars on the stations.The repairs in the coaches are carried out by using substandard non ISI quality materials The present rail minister is a total FAILURE/CARELESS/UNDEDICATED TO HIS JOB. Cockroached and rats are copassengers travelling without ticket. It seems the Passengers are for railways, as there is no other option.all our complaints are shown the waste paper bin, there is no action of any nature on our complaints. Imagine if this is the position on three tier/two tier ac rajdhani trains what is the position of other trains . Only the almighty can come to the rescue of the Indian citizens, as there is no body to listen and pay attention to our comlaints
