Dear Sir,
After great persuations with Your vikaspuri brach of Airtel. I got the cables laid in my complex. I booked my broadband to your executive Mr Kanti from vikaspuri.
At the time of booking he appreciated my efforts and promised ma parralal line in other roomwithout any extra charges as my wife is handicap and a beautiful gift. Finally after three and ahalf months I got the broad band and a telephone No-01145683611.I did not get the parralel line and gift as a token of my help in getting the cables laid in the complex.After reminders and so many telephones I could not get anything instead an insult by one Mr N.SIDHU OR SANDHU.
I could not pocket that insult and finally decided to get this connection of broadband and telephone diconnected.I made my complaints vide your No-137288853-33357878 andfinally I have been given a refer no-1088361 dated 7-6-2010..Will you please refund me the balance of my money I have paid in advance if possible as Ithink Iwill get nothing but insult. Please fulfil your promises if you can or otherwise dont promise,
