My name is harish kumar and my contact no-********97.I had wrote a mail on-17th nov2010 regarding my bal.deduction prob.I got a sms to your side on 17th nov 2010 at 11:34 pm that u had given me a 50 Rs. credit bal. to my no.I thought u r solved my prob but i was wrong aftr some time around at 12:04 pm on 18th nov 2010.I got a new sms to your side and again i am faced a bal.deduction prob
This time i had lost complete 50 Rs to my A/C.I had made a call to your customer care helpline no any MR ARVINDO was there and he told me that i had used a internet service and i am activate any stupid plan by internet that's why i am lost 50 Rs but i was told him that i am not used your any internet service and i am not activate any stupid plan really i dont know what are u want i mean i am totally disapponit to your customer service it can be possible that without touch i am using my phone.I will take a new no of other company.but really your customer service is tottly big 0
