i am pradeep from madurai one of your regular customer,we bought a gionee-s90 moblile phone from your madurai (annanagar showroom) dated:19/01/14

today (17.01.2015) i visited to your poorvika anna nagar branch for a mobile service (Gionee-s90) there one of your sales person-(vivek) had a conversation with me and my father telling that they never sold this type of model in gionee(s90) we told him that we are here for a service not for any converrsation but he kept on telling that they never sold this type,so we told him we have the bill ,he replied that we are not talking out the truth and talk in an undisplinary manner ,we are having the bill for the mobile , and i want you to take serious action on him for his undisciplinary activity on my (father) i want him to apologise immediately to my father or else ill have to make this an big issue
