Dear sir/ madam,
I was purchase Nokia Hand set Model No. C5-03 from his authorized dealer.
Now last one & half months back it is not working properly and it is under warranty. After that I was submitted at Nokia service center on 14.06.2012 & they told your hand set will be ready after replace touch screen & it take time around one week. After one week when I was going to collect my phone the problem was found same.
Then they said me this set go to factory for complete checking and it will take another one week. After one week the problem was same at the time of delivery & Her brunch manger Mrs. Pooja has agreed that problem was remain same. After that She promise that you will get new hand set in replacement with in next seven day up to 18.07.2012. I go to service center on 21.07.2012 to collect my hand set that time I souk, she told me still now your request is pending for final approval at her (Nokia) company and she give me new date for delivery & also told me If company will not agree for replace your set then it return same.
