Indian Railways - I am not satisfied with Ticket counter services at Tilak Nagar on Harbour Line

Heloo,
This is to bring your notice ,that Railway staff at Tilak Nagar on Harbor Line Mumbai is not providing good services .At Tilak nagar on East and west side there are 2 ticket windows on each side ,but most of the time including peak hour only one ticket window is on operation . If any one ask about why other ticket window has not opened ,railway counter staff simply say they have not sufficient MAN Power.

Even on ticket counters area they also have kept the CVM coupon Machine but these machine is out of service/Not in function most of the time, due to which passenger have to keep waiting on Long queue. They keep Rubber stamp but its quality is very poor like you cannot move the time and date which is apparent on rubber stamp.

Requesting you to please provide sufficient staff, Repair all CVM coupons Machine to avoid public inconvenience. Also requesting you to please put a Name plate of the person who is operating computer on ticket window so at least public make complain if staff’s behavior is rude and neglected to common Man.

Complainant's Goal: To avoid Mental and Physical harassments of AAM Admi (Common Man).
