Southern Railway - i am not satisfied with the system of Automatic Ticket vending machine

Automatic Ticket Vending machine in Suburban station is kept for the purpose to solve the emergency need to take tickets instead of avoid waiting in the queue for a long time. But this purpose has not been getting fulfilled in few stations.

In meenambakkam station, most of the times the machine been kept off else its been under
in-operation.

And also topping up of the smart cards is not done in many stations and the ticket distributing staffs were simply replying to get top up in the neighbour stations.

Complainant's Goal: I want the ticket vending machines in all the stations to be in operation 24 hrs
