I travelled from Mangalore to Chennai on train number 16628 West Coast Express on 9th May 2011 bearing PNR number 4327094736 in III Tier AC compartment.

On the night of travel, myself & my wife were unable to sleep due to the presence of bedbugs. Many of our fellow passengers also said that there were disturbed at night due to the presence of bedbugs. We also found a large number of cockroaches roaming in the compartment & many of them really small.

It is really disturbing since there were small kids travelling & the fear of cockroaches entering the ear of travelers is really frightening.

I reported this matter to the TTR who informed me that the same will be noted down in the report. He also suggested that I login an online complaint regarding this.

Would like to know from the concerned authority if the fumigation services are being performed at all or not?
