On 26 April 2011 i had travelled in Duronto Express From Lokmanya Tilak To Ernakulam. We have registered a complaint in the complaint register which is available in the train and the No. is 79115. Complaint is as follows
1} Why passengers to eat cold food if induvidual compartment have heaters.
2} Recruit people who are trained or give necessary training to the on board service men.
3} Cleaning is a major issue, the breakfast tray which was kept under our seat after our breakfast was collected just before lunch.
4} Quantity of food is not as per the menu.
5} Used blankets were supplied.
6} Poor feedback from on board service men
