I purchased a KarbonMobilefrom Poorvika Mobiles Pvt.Ltd R.K.Mutt Road Chennai-600028( Bill MYL No 2561Dt 25-05-15).There was some problem in the mobile and a complaint was made on the second day of my purchase with the above shop.they verified and did something and returned my mobile.But unfortunately there was no change in the mobile and the defects were not rectified and i was asked to wait for sometime.I was out of station for some time and on my return after one month I went to the shop again and they directed me to go to the service center and refused to change my mobile.I went to PMw Cares at North Usman Road T.Nagar Chennai600017 today at 4.55 pm(Token No48) and explained them about the problem.After checking the mobile they returned the mobile stating that it has been rectified.But unfortunately to my shock it was found that problem still continue in my mobile.
The Service center is about 7km from my residence and I am 65 year old senior citizen.Every time I can not travel and wait in The center. I will be much obliged and thankful if you can provide me with some other new mobile phone.I will pay the difference of cost if any.Pl look in to this and help me.
