as per rly. low, inflameble articles are not allowed to carry in the pressenger trains, an as per knowledge materials more then 10 kg should be booked as persel, but on April 12th 2011, tuesday , evening a rly. Employee (signal deprt.) was caught by public as he was carying 200 lt of HSD Oil, 10 nos. Hydrometer, W/cotton, 48 nos. Dry Cell. without booked on Mariani Plateform. train no. was 914, dn pressenger. One more offence was that person who was caring the object has got incomplite road challen undersine by the Sr. Section Engineer. TSK. Public has inform to the RPF, but there was no responce. Now question aries that, is there two seperate low in rly, for general pressenger and rly. emploiee regarding carying this types of inflameble materials.
Another Incident was happened on april 18th 2011, vehicle no AS03 E- 2252 (mini Track ) with 2 people was intersept by the RPF , Mariani as they were carring rly property without any authority. later we came to know that, a Rly. Contracter namely Mr Utpal Saha, was carring the Rly properties without informing Rly Authority. lately we came to know that Rly Emploiee was also involved with the Contracter. Why this people of respected Rly Depertment is so correpted. Write you more about PRS in next complain.
