i had travelled on 21/11/13 by train no.16382 /cap mumbai exp in second ac coach and boarded from raichur. i noted that bedroll provided was used one and pillow cover also not washed and reused as it is.where as it is obligatory to provide fresh bed roll .will indian railway improve the system and enquire as why used bed rolls are provided.

I had also expereinced such situation when I travelled in Kerala Express. When Bedroll to nearby travellers were provided I have not been given and I asked the attendant to provide the same to me also. But he did not provide. Then I went to him (where he keeps the BR) where I have been handed over a used bedshhets. I immediately refused to accept and asked him to give fresh one and gone to my seal. After sometime the attendant came to me and given me the same bed sheet (used one) in a packet. This is not at all fair. I will request the competent railway authorities to please look into the matter seriously and take searious action against such defaulted person/attendant.
