I got a reseved ticket for travel in veiw of sankranti festival by train no. 07212. i have to travel tirupati to kakinada. the train to be departed from tirupati on 13.1.11. by evening 19 hrs. but the train time annouce prior to the schedule departer '' indifinate late ''. it is not first time to me an experience like this. last year on this same date i got expereinced like this. i submit a complaint at tirupati railway station bearing complaint no.165570 dated 13.1.2010. on receipt of my complaint the authority send a reply to me stating inproper and incorrect reasons. i questioned the authorities what is the use of these spl. trains and requested them to respond and rectify the situation. However, by believing they might be take necessary steps , i again got ticket for the specil train no.07212. Again i was cheated by railway. i lost my money, time and felt inconvienience and agony due to the ineffiencey in the service of raily department. I am facing much trouble now to travel by other alternative sources.I am ready to redress before the proper forum for proper remedy if the railway authorities are not responded propery to justify me.
