we have not receive the platform ticket properly.because in maximum railway stations having only one counter for platform ticket and other ticket.not having platform ticket machine also.please provide the ticket machine otherwise separate counter for platform ticket.

Complainant's Goal: i want public dont get difficult to recieve the platform ticket
