Subject: - Complaint for new phone.

Sir,
I am send a letter via speed post no. ED046521816IN dated 10-07-2013. Still I am waiting your reply, please do the needful ASAP otherwise I am forward my case in Legal.

I bought Nokia Asha 310 IMEI No. 3545********808 from the Mobile Store Rajouri Garden New Delhi - 110027 (Store ID -3215) against Invoice No. 11102/9286945 dated 17/06/2013 @ 5600/-. I am facing problem from first day low memory, I contact store 20/06/2013 there person give me your Customer Care no. then i called here i discuses with Mr Deepak same day at 17:59 PM him give me a suggestion for format the phone but problem are still then give me next day 16:30 - 16:45 appointment on Nokia care M/s One Touch Communication, Bungalow No. 2, Main Patel Road, opp Metro Pillar no. 229, West Patel Nagar Delhi -110008.
Next day I reached there they are upgrade my phone software but after that my phone gone dad & submitted there against Job Sheet No. 112433527/130621/38 dated 21/06/2013 at 17:49 PM. also I made complaint on your Customer Care they give me Complaint no. 1-143********,I request there please provide me replacement against my phone. Mr Vaibhav wrote my complaint & assures me we are forwarding to our concern backhand team. They taking dission for this matter & confirming you with in 72 Hrs. But till date I am waiting for your backhand team call? In between I am so many time calls there & your executive gives me same line you wait our team call you.

So I request to you please provide me new phone against my Phone.
