Sir,
On 2.2.2011, I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket Bangalore Exp Train No.12609 from Chennai to Bangalore Cant boarding on 3.2.2011 for me. Unfortunately after the payment was made through Indian Bank Internet Banking payment gateway, ref.******** 02/02/2011 15:57 hrs server was failed. My ticket was not updated but the amount was debited from my account (Rs.400/-) and the same was not refunded. So that I was booked another ticket with another Rs.400/- Pls help me to refund the amount of Rs.400/-.
