Sir/Mam,

We have travelled in goa Express to delhi to Koper goan on 1 sep 2011 but not working AC in 2 tier and not clean boggie, some other person enter over journey like bager and other without ac passenger. A to Z company not working for clean this train and we have given complain but not resolve any duty person.


AND

Same problem facing on 4th Sep 2011 in same train when we are coming in Delhi.

Please resolve that problem because facing all passengers,
