HS 18 denied for refund back of my money though I sent back the product after dissatisfactions.

I booked a jewelery set through order no ********1 which product code is 42779 & received the same on 26th Dec 09.When I check the product I came to know that one of pearl necklace is missing & others were fully or partly damaged.So I tried to return the same & as per instructions of HS 18 I booked the same on 3rd Jan 10 through First Flight Courier.After that When I call for refund back of money they tried to convinced me for replacement & also denied for money refund.Where as HS 18 adds that “you will get refund of money in case dissatisfied with the product with in 15 days of delivery.My complaint no is 2733743.HS 18 are professional cheaters.Plz take some urgent actions on which I shall be very grateful to you.

I had recd guillow's lite flite flashing against order No.********7 on 5th Jun 2014 and while opened the consignment it was found that product is not operating. A series of compliants nos 10356357,103731245,104368837,104973943 on the various dates but so far neither replacement has been recd nor product taken by your rep. Only assurance given by customer care that action for the same being materialized within 48-72 hrs. Such streotype assurance will compell me to file suit at consumer forum against inresponse manner/assurance given by your company. Look into it and take prompt action to replace the product.

I have purchased a handi , product code 236-701. My order no. is ********3. I have complaint that the product which came to my home is different from the product which was shown in the advertisement shown. In advertisement it was shown that three handi & three serving spoon is free with three handi & three serving spoon but I have got only three handi &serving spoon.

I support this complaint. Infact I also ordered a jewelery set and after I received the set I found that the quality of the product were worst enough to use it. In the adds they show a high quality product and send a very poor quality product to their customers.

I support this complaint. I do also have similar experience. I ordered one whirlpool microwave and got the gift promised and the courier person took the entire amount of product in cash as per terms. but
1) Reebok watch in gift items was defective,
2) cook book promised was missing,
3) Starter kit given was not the one promised through advertisement, it was the one with much less no. of containers

I complained about these (vide complaint no. ********) and returned the product through T&T courier on 11/01/11 (Docket no. ********9WW).
New complaint no. ******** was given to me on phone by customer care exec Arjun with promise of sending back the missing items as well as new watch within 4-5 days but nothing happened. I called again on 21/01/11 and was promised delivery of these items with in 3 more days but till today nothing from HS18. I have just called them and again been ensured of delivery of products by coming thursday. I can just hope they act responsibly and professionally.

if u have these type of problams so u should all go for consumar cort with bills & other papers.only they can help u to refund ur money & fare also.
